Returns

At Kate Sproston Design Ltd we strive for high quality and craftsmanship in every product. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, then please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@katesprostondesign.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will direct you as to the best course of action.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

Items that are deemed faulty will be granted a refund of all postage costs.

When returning an unwanted item it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for postage and return to:-

Please include your name, address, contact details and order number, as well as the reason for the return. It is also recommended that proof of postage is obtained along with relevant insurance. Items that are lost or damaged whilst progressing through the postage system are not the responsibility of Kate Sproston Design Ltd., and the issue must be taken up by the sender with the courier in question.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at sales@katesprostondesign.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any mistake.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the custom nature of some products, please note personalised items are non refundable unless deemed faulty. Please get in touch at sales@katesprostondesign.com if you have questions or concerns about your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
