Are all products handmade?

All products in the Kate Sproston Design range are handmade within the UK with the highest quality materials available.

How should my purchase be cleaned?

All products are dry clean only and should be kept out of direct sunlight, with the exception of the linen and cotton napkins which can be washed at 40 degrees and ironed on the reverse.

What is the cushion inner filled with?

Our cushions are filled with non-allergenic polyester polycotton inners, so they are great for those who are allergic to feather or down pads.

How can I pay for a product?

At present Kate Sproston Design accepts payments by credit or debit card and Paypal, allowing for World Wide delivery.

Alternatively payments can be made by cheque payable to Kate Sproston Design Ltd. Please send your order and contact details to:-

Please note that orders paid for by cheque will not be processed until the payment has cleared.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we send products overseas but please note that any tax payable upon receipt of the delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

What Delivery Service is used?

Small Parcels within the UK will be sent by either Royal Mail or myHermes dependant on the size and weight of the order. Items sent outside the UK will be sent by either Royal Mail Airsure or Parcel Force dependant on the size and weight of the order. All items are tracked and may require a signature upon receipt.

What is the delivery charge?

Products sent within Mainland UK will cost as little as £0.95 for extra small items and from £3.75 for larger items, with orders over £30.00 qualifying for free delivery (retail customers only).

Products sent to Non-Mainland UK addresses will be charged at £0.95 for extra small items and from £3.75 for larger items.

Products sent to Europe including Southern Ireland and the Channel Isles will cost £2.75 for extra small items and from £10.50 for larger items.

Products sent to the USA and Canada will cost £3.45 for extra small items and from £15.50 for larger items.

Products sent to the rest of the World (Non-European Countries excluding USA and Canada) will cost £3.45 for extra small items and from £15.10 for larger items.

Which areas are classed as Non-Mainland UK?

Postcodes starting with the following letters are classed as Non-Mainland UK - TR, IM, GY, JE, HS, ZE, AB, IV, KW, PA, PH.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all items within 5 working days of receipt of payment, but at busy periods this may take a little longer, especially if ordering personalised products.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes, for an additional price we offer an express delivery option, sent via Royal Mail. This ensures receipt of your order within two working days of payment, if you order before 10am. Please select the Express Delivery option at checkout.
