Collection from the Studio

You are able to order and pick up your order directly from our Studio. To do this, when checking out be sure to select the Pick up delivery option.

An email notification will be sent to you when the order is ready to collect (please note all items are hand made following the order being placed).

Update for EU Delivery

Please read this important information regarding delivery to the EU

Now that the UK is no longer part of the European Union, any orders placed for delivery to an EU country after the 1st July 2021 may be subject to import duty. Please note that any tax payable upon receipt of the delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery Charges - UK

Glasses Cases, Tags, Purses - £2.15 delivery

Garlands, Bunting, Decorations, cocktail napkins, Egg Cosies - £2.75 delivery

Cushion, Stockings, Baskets, Large Napkins, Tea Cosies, Advent Calendars, Reusable Crackers - £3.75 delivery

All orders sent to a UK address will be dispatched via Royal Mail and will include a tracking number. Orders over £30.00 sent to a UK address will qualify for free delivery (retail customers only).

Non-Mainland UK address (postcodes starting with the letters TR, IM, GY, JE, HS, ZE, AB, IV, KW, PA, PH) are still classed as UK and will qualify for the same delivery costs stated above.

Delivery Charges - Overseas

Delivery to Europe £9.50 - £13.50

Delivery to USA & Canada £10.50 - £20.00

Delivery to Australia £10.50 - £18.00

Delivery to Rest of the World (Non-European Countries Excluding US, Canada, and Australia) £10.50 - £17.00

All orders sent outside the UK will be dispatched via Royal Mail and will include a tracking number. Some items may require a signature upon receipt, dependant on location.

Please note that any tax payable upon receipt of the delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment, but at busy periods this may take a little longer, especially if ordering personalised products.
Please note that over the Christmas period there will be an increased delivery time, with expected dispatch to take up to two weeks.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, however feel it is a necessary precaution to ensure that all of our products continue to be made to the highest possible standard.

Express Delivery

We offer an express delivery option to UK addresses at a flat rate of £6.95. Express items will be sent via either Royal Mail or Evri Next Day Delivery, and ensures receipt of your order within two working days of dispatch, if you order before 10am. Please select the Express Delivery option at checkout.
